McClatchy Newspapers: New airport agents check for danger in fliers' facial expressions
According to this story, "specially trained security personnel are watching body language and facial cues of passengers for signs of bad intentions."
Given the current state of the airline industry, if they're going to be scouting airports looking for people who are pissed-off, they'd better have an awful lot of recruits, detainment capacity and stun gun weaponry. And that's not even including the airport employees.
Airline terrorism is not funny. But neither is five hours of travel time for an hour-and-a-half flight, or $3.50 for a small soda at the Terminal A concession stand. I feel like blowing something up just thinking about it.
