People, both individually and as a collective, are at their absolute most unpleasant at 9:10 a.m. I think if you're going to ask someone for a favor, or run an errand that requires customer service, the best time to do so is at 2:00 p.m.

While I agree with you about most people being at their best at 2pm, I don't agree with the implication that Village Twins doesn't count.
